Colourful Geometric Nails
With inspiration taken from July/ Aug 'Nail It!' magazine, I thought I would try out a geometric look for my nails this week.
There are lots of different ways you can achieve this style for example:
- pre-designed foils so most of the hard work is already done for you and you would just need to add some shaped embellishments.
- Geometric stickers on top of your chosen bright nail polish base.
- Free hand designs.
- Marbling.
- Nail stamping your design on to a bright nail base colour.
For my main base colours I used, O.P.I - Alpine Snow (White), O.P.I - Ridiculously Yellow, Ciaté - Cha Cha Cha (Orange), O.P.I Nicōle - Spring Break (Hot Pink), O.P.I - Lady in Black and Sapphire Blue from the Nail Supreme nail art pens. To finish off my design I used geometric neon shaped embellishments and then O.P.I Top coat to complete the look.

I have also spotted other designs in some Japanese nail magazines that are based on the geometric look which might give you some inspiration for different styles.

I hope this has given you some inspiration if you are look to do your own colourful geometric nail styles and thank you for checking out my blog too!
